Passive Income Profits Report

When I find an opportunity that meets my criteria and one that I've personally tested and proven to myself that it really works, I list it on this website.

PLEASE READ - While passive programs are great ways to make money with little to no work involved, they tend to be slower than what most people would like them to be before they start producing a significant monthly return, especially for those starting out on a limited budget.

That's the biggest drawback to passive programs, the time it takes to build your income streams to the level that they can start paying out a good monthly residual income.

However, unless you plan on going somewhere in the next 1-2 years, where you don't need any
money, by participating and starting to grow those streams now, you'll be in a much better place by this time next year, and an even better place the year after that, and so on, especially if you take advantage of the power of compounded earnings.

In other words, you're still going to need that money just as much later on as you do now, right? And if passive programs are all you're interested in doing and you don't start growing those income streams now, you'll be in the same place this time next year as you are right now, maybe worse.

If you're in a situation where you need to make money right away, I suggest you get a couple of passive streams going first and then add to that a pro-active business opportunity since this can start producing an income faster.

Affordable Affiliates Network

Affordable Affiliates is based in Surrey, B. C. Canada. AAN is a newly developed division of an EXISTING company that's owned by Chris Bell, one of North America's largest acquisition agents and a very experienced ebay seller, who has a great deal of experience at identifying items which can be sold for significantly more than they can be purchased for.

They've been doing this for over 20 years, and way before ebay. Ebay is just one small avenue in which they do it.

Here's how Affordable Affiliates works...

Example:

Say Affordable Affiliates buys an Item for $10 and sells it for $100.

Your initial $10 + 10% of the $90 profit is returned to your account for re-investment ($19).

10% of the profit is added to your monthly payout ($9).

5% of the profit is sent to your designated charity ($4.50).

5% of the profit goes to the person who referred you to AAN ($4.50).

Don't confuse this with affiliate marketing. It's completely different. This program buys merchandise and sells it at a higher price and pays us for the privilege of using our money to buy the stuff and make the profit.

Actual Historic Sale:

AAN Purchased a Book Collection for $3,000 and Sold it for $494,000 creating $491,000 in profit.

If investors backed the original purchase then they would receive $98,200 of the profits for distribution, making their profit share equal to 3,273.33%. And YES that's the actual return.

On any item the profits can be from very small to very large. The largest profit was on a set of books
purchased for $3000 and which were sold for $494,000.

Sponsoring is NOT required to be paid. There's no need to do anything at all once the account is funded. You earn income whether you refer or not. Of course you can earn more if you share it with others. It's always YOUR choice.

Safety/Risk?

There's an added measure of safety provided that prevents loss. If an item doesn't sell or sells at a loss the original purchase price of the item is returned to the members account so there's no possibility of loss.

I believe this is a perfect option for those who want a totally hands-off income system with the potential for large profits which will increase monthly. It also does not require a large outlay to get started.

Guardian Equity Fund (GEF)

Guardian Equity is based in Dominican Republic. They're incorporated and off-shore and have been very stable as a managed fund. They primarily deal in trading Forex, Gold, Silver and Oil through a licensed broker. The average monthly returns have been around 21%. Compounded monthly this can grow really fast.

Gold Nugget Invest

Minimum to get started: $20

Gold Nugget Invest is a successful trading program specializing in arbitrage sports betting. The program owners do the trading for you and pay you a variable 0.7% to 1.1% Monday to Friday, or a fixed 6% every week.

You can sign up for free and fund when you are ready. The variable return has a minimum funding of $20 and the fixed 6% return has a minimum funding of $50 and a maximum of $20,000.

The program has been operational since October 2006, but was initially private with just 180 members. It opened its doors to public membership on 1st May 2008 and now has over 1000 members. It may go private again at some stage when it has reached the required membership.

Reviews of the program are very good.

Funding and payouts are by Liberty Reserve, Solid Trust Pay and Strict Pay.

I went for the fixed plan and look forward to receiving 6% every week.
